MyChurchsuite
MyChurchSuite is a free app to enable you to engage easily in church life. If you’re part of our church, and have your details stored on our database, you can log in to your profile, manage your details, and find out details about everything you’re involved in.

After 2nd March 2025, MyChurchSuite will be available for everyone who is part of our church. Check out the video below to find out what’s possible!
HOW WILL THIS BENEFIT ME?
MyChurchSuite makes it much easier for you to engage with lots of church life! Here’s just a few things that it can do…
MANAGE YOUR DETAILS - We’d like (and legally need) to only store up-to-date details for you! This app allows you to update your contact details whenever you need to. And if you’re a parent, you can manage your kids’ details too!
MY ROTAS - You can see details of the rotas that you are on, and the next times that you’re serving.
EVENTS - You’ll be able to see the whole church events calendar, and book your ticket for events you’d like to attend.
MY GROUPS - You can see the small group that you’re a part of. If you’re in a group, but this section is blank, let your small group leader know, and they can make sure they’ve added you.
MY GIVING - You’ll be able to see a record of all of your giving to church, broken down to each month.
PODCASTS & OTHER LINKS - You can access the podcast directly, and we will periodically have other links here too for easy access!
GOT QUESTIONS? KEEP SCROLLING!
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Do I have to use MyChurchSuite?
No you don’t have to use MyChurchSuite - it doesn’t affect anything about your place in our church… but we would recommend checking it out to see how it might make life easier for you!
How secure is my data? Can everyone in church see my details?
ChurchSuite is a professional data management company (it’s what they do!). With all the advances in data protection regulations, the fines for leaked data are monumental, and so ChurchSuite are really keen in ensuring that their security is tip-top! So there is very little risk of your details being stolen. We’ve been using their services for over a decade, and we’re confident that it’s safe!
While setting all this up we have made sure that people can only see you in relation to teams or small groups that you are in together. In rotas, for instance, the only thing seen by default is your name, then if you would like team members to be able to call or email you (handy for swaps!) you can choose to allow it.
What if my details change?
If your personal details change (you get a new phone number, email or address), we want to encourage you to change it on the app so that we’re holding up-to-date information for you, and so that you don’t stop getting emails and so on from us.
Also if you want to change which email is linked to your account, you can change that in the ‘my details’ section too.
What if my family only have one email?
My ChurchSuite can still be accessed individually by family members who share the same email address. While the login email address may be the same for multiple family members, their individually set password will define which account they are logged into.
In the event that family members use both the same email address and set the same password, they will be presented with a list of matching accounts to choose from.
Where can I download it?
You can download the app, called ‘ChurchSuite’ from your Google Play or App Store, and then log in to MyChurchSuite within the app.
Who is it for?
It’s for everyone who is part of our church database. If you don’t think you are part of our database, you can join it here: bvc.so/connect
Can I stop using it at any time?
Absolutely! You don’t need to use MyChurchSuite at all - it’s just to help you engage!
Is there a cost for me?
No, it’s completely free!
Will I now be bombarded with extra communications?
No! We won’t be communicating with you any more than we already are.
That being said, you can change your communication preferences to tailor what communications you’d like to receive. We recommend that you tick all the options, to ensure that you don’t miss out on any communications - and if you’re on a rota, you’ll most likely need ‘rota reminders’ to be switched on anyway!
