We’re recruiting for a full-time assistant pastor!
Responsibilities within the Birmingham Vineyard staff team have shifted and we’re looking for someone to join the team who will be responsible for leading and growing our Student and Young Adult ministries. We want to reach and disciple more students and young adults so that they can pursue God’s calling on their life and be equipped to thrive in their faith, serving Jesus both inside and outside the church. This role will help to shape the evangelistic culture of Birmingham Vineyard, equipping and empowering church members in personal evangelism and also overseeing specific events and initiatives (Alpha etc).
This role is not to be a maintainer of a ministry but a pioneering leader. We would like to see someone apply who may well be exploring a call to church planting, site planting or senior church leadership. The invitation is to join the pastoral team of Birmingham Vineyard. We are a church that “exists to help people follow Jesus, live life to the full and make a difference.” Our vision is to start groups, communities, and congregations where people can encounter God.
